Greeting and Salutation.

Some interesting things have happened since we at the Ryduffalo took our most recent Tri-annual 2 month sabbatical:

After traveling to Chicago for yet another wildly successful Sketchfest, the men and boys of America's Favorite Sketch group The Habit returned to L.A. to take part in a three group extravaganza show, aimed at benefiting the victims of last years Tsunami, which for some reason now gets capitalized.
The Habit joined local favorites For The Kids and Troop for an evening of comedy that was a testament to just how far we could go in this town if we just stuck it out and worked hard. A week later, Dave and Mark left.

Yes folks, it's true, our good friends David Swidler and Mark Siano departed soggy L.A. for the drier-if-not-greener pastures of Seattle, which has had lots of sun and very little rain this winter, so fuck them.
Just so that we don't hurt anyone's feelings, by "them" we meant the citizens of Seattle, and not our dear friends Mark and Dave, who can go fuck themselves. It's a very slight difference, but one worth noting.
So, it seems as though all of the Habit fans in L.A. (there actually are some) may have seen the last of Diabetic Duck and Change Machine. Sigh.

Also, and perhaps more importantly, on a recent visit to our local coffee shop, we were asked by a man clad in a leather Lakers jacket if we had any spare change, and before we could even say a polite "No, sorry." the man's cellphone rang, and he immediately answered it while holding up his index finger in the universal sign for " just a sec". We offered him another, slightly more vulgar universal sign involving a finger, and that, as they say, was that.

Other things of note include;
our first attempt at Downhill Skiing (ouch) , Snowboarding (fuck this!), and this one time we went to the Post Office and there was no line whatsoever (am I being punk'd?).

We're on our way to Las Vegas this Friday, so expect a full sized entry regarding that topic sometime between Monday and September. Thanks for coming out everybody,

Courage.
